This morning our institution awoke to a different spirit. The footsteps of our employees echoed with renewed commitment to discipline, dedication, and teamwork. On this great day, November 1st, the spark of freedom was ignited in our nation; today, within our institution, that spark is embodied in unity and initiative through an internal drivers’ competition that honors creativity, discipline, and celebrates our outstanding staff.

This occasion is not merely a commemoration, but a pledge of loyalty and belonging. It lights our hearts and reaffirms that the institution is not just a workplace, but a family united by one mission: to serve the citizen with dignity and excellence.

Opening Ceremony of the Best Drivers Competition 🇩🇿
In an atmosphere of pride and belonging, the ceremony began with the national anthem, followed by a minute of silence in tribute to the martyrs. We were honored by the presence of:
- The Director of Transport of Relizane Province
- The Regional Director of the Algerian Insurance Company (SAA)
- A representative of the Provincial Security Directorate
- Driving school directors who contributed to supervising the competition

Certificates of professional competence were awarded to drivers who successfully completed their training program, reflecting the institution’s commitment to upgrading skills and improving performance. The event also included a tree‑planting initiative within the institution’s grounds, symbolizing environmental responsibility and continuous renewal.

A Message to Generations
Under the motto *“A Message to Generations”*, the Relizane Urban and Suburban Public Transport Establishment commemorates the 71st anniversary of the outbreak of the glorious November Revolution — a moment of reverence for the sacrifices of the martyrs who forged the nation’s glory and embodied the highest values of freedom and belonging. Within this national celebration, the institution organizes the Best Drivers Competition as an expression of responsibility, fair competition, and encouragement of excellence and discipline in daily work.

Competition Highlights
The competition was marked by a positive spirit of challenge and responsibility. Driving school directors designed a comprehensive test combining theory and practice to evaluate drivers’ skills.

The test assessed the driver’s ability to:
- Maneuver the bus accurately between obstacles without contact
- Judge distances and side clearances
- Use mirrors effectively and drive smoothly under pressure
- Maintain safe speed while maneuvering
